1. The Operator is responsible for any disclosure of the User's personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, except for cases provided in sections 5.2., 5.3., and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.

The Operator is solely the final recipient of the User's corresponding payment made using the data of these systems and services and has no ability to influence their operation, including in the field of collecting and processing Users' personal data.

Dispute Resolution
1. Before filing a lawsuit in disputes arising from relations between the User and the Operator, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
2. The recipient of the claim within 5 (five) working days from the date of receiving the claim notifies the claimant in writing of the results of the claim consideration.
3. In case of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court in accordance with the current legislation of Kazakhstan.
4. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Operator are governed by the current legislation of the Kazakhstan.

Additional Terms
1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.
